Join Vicky's Fight Against Glioma

Hello dear friends and family. My name is Anna Jean. It is on behalf of the four generations of the Jean family that I make this request.

My sister in law, Maria “Vicky” Jean, had a Glioma grade 3 brain tumor removed May 15, 2024. She was only diagnosed with the tumor two days before the surgery to remove it. Although Vicky is home, she has a long treatment plan ahead.

Vicky was working part-time as a caregiver. Now, Vicky requires a team of caregivers at least for the next six weeks. Starting next week, we will be making daily visits (Monday - Friday) to San Angelo from Ballinger (a 92 mile a day round trip) for radiation treatment. She also will be on an oral chemotherapy.

Such a catastrophic illness has impacted not just Vicky’s health but her family’s ability to provide the financial care she will need. The loss of income, medical care and high gas prices has compelled our need to ask for your loving and generous donations.

Please be assured that we do know times are difficult for everyone in Satan’s wicked world so it is not without regret and trepidation that we make this request.

I will continue to post updates on Vicky’s treatment. May Jehovah the giver of every good gift remember our imperfect condition and bless us all with perfect health in the new world to come.
