Help Me Keep My Dogs

I have been looking for a full time job since July of 2011. I have been just making it subbing, temping and tutoring. Tutoring and temping dried up for awhile, and I've fallen really far behind on rent, car, electric bill,insurance, et cetera. I have 4 rescue dogs, and my apartment has said I have to catch up everything by the December 15th, 2013 or move. I don't want to take my rescue dogs to a shelter if I have to move suddenly. If I do have to move, it's going to cost me big time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
