Kentucky Mash Boyz (Spring Game) Tailgate Gear

The ThunderCast podcast had a team of volunteers donate lots of time and expertise to put on a free tailgate for fans at Marshall’s Green and White Game in April. A massive rain and windstorm went through the stadium lot in the middle of the night while they were cooking and decimated lots of their gear. They were able to salvage most of it but some of their expensive gear like tents were completely destroyed.

Not only did this cook crew donate their time and efforts and did not get to enjoy the game like everyone else, fans wanted to tip them for the free food and they turned around and donated 100% of those tips to The Thunder Trust.

This same crew will be providing a huge tailgate at the first home football game, and it will be free again. We have had several people ask how they could chip in to show appreciation.
