Kim Fights For Her Sunshine

Kim, my SUNSHINE:
Kim's on the journey of her lifetime, battling Large Cell Lympnoma, with many severe complications along the way:
She has had some rough times in this battle over the last 6+ months since her 1st chemo:
Diagnosed with stage 4/3 Lymphoma in April 2018
1st chemo May 20, 2018
9-chemo treatments total
7 Hospital stays
4-emergency surgeries, 5-surgeries total
3-near death experiences were chemical medical intervention on her blood pressure was required to save her from death
2-times were her doctor's felt it was time to stop treatment and they asked us to plan for her quality of end of life.
On Dec. 4 2018 got the worst news, PET scan results show her cancer, even after chemo, is active, aggressive and not affected by chemo.
Going forward, her prospects are not too positive, even though we are hopefull:
Chemo has stopped.
Transferred to the care of The City of Hope to pursue alternate therapies.
We have spent a lot of time online looking up outcomes of alternate therapies for people over 45, and none of what we can find looks very positive. The highest survival rate we found was 25%. Hopefully her doctor's have some better numbers for her.
This GoFundMe account was set-up by Kim's Loving step daughter and Loving sister-in-law to help cover:
Medical co-payments
Out of pocket medical expenses
Lost wages
Potential lost wages of her husband, if it gets to the point were he would have to be with her full time to take care of her.
Any taxes incurred from these donations
