HELP HADES: no food. no meds. very sick.

Hello my name is Hades and every since a couple months ago my life has been crashing down. From grandpa passing away, to be getting beaten up from family members, coming out as transgender and my job, my business going down. i have barely any sale, i dont have money to afford food, household, pay any bills to my mum that has always treated me like i’m a mistake and i have no family to help me. I’m so sorry I never thought I would be making one of these but I don’t know how to live anymore. I dont even have money for my prescriptions to do with mental health. please if anyone can help me. i would be so thankful. so great full.

this is something that im adding now just because i wasn’t comfortable with exposing it earlier but on top of that i have a problem with my teeth and dentist in my country are extremely expensive. my teeth keep falling, i’ve lost over 10 teeth already, eating has been painful for two years now. that and all the sickness made me lose over 20kgs in months. i have huge pain crisis that last over a week and i always have to go on antibiotics and painkillers for that which makes my other health issues even worse, like the two lumps in my liver because of the painkillers. im gonna leve some photos here as proof and im extremely embarrassed and ashamed of any sort of feedback i can get but im just, i dont know what else to do.
