Help Kristy Wilkinson, a Cancer Warrior
Donation protected
Meet Kristy Wilkinson and her two beautiful daughters, Siena and Syndey.
Kristy is an amazing human being. She is an incredible mother, a dedicated teacher, a loyal friend, and now a cancer warrior! But she needs our help.
Those that know this little family are aware of the struggles they've weathered over the past four years; navigating numerous challenges but still maintaining integrity. Kristy all the while, being her daughters' rock. Her presence and unconditional love being the solid constant in their lives.

A cancer diagnosis in early 2022 was devastating but she is powering through. And through it all, it's usually Kristy bolstering her friends and family as their own fears overtake them.
Kristy is one of the strongest individuals I have met in my life. I have deep admiration for her! She has more courage than most. She has an amazing ability to see light even in the darkest times. When the effects of the treatments would surely drag anyone else down into a pit of despair, Kristy kept her positive attitude. She never let it defeat her; never let it cast a cloud over her life. Maybe partly because she knew she had to be strong and stay positive for her girls. I believe it's who she is.
Simply put, Kristy is the sun. Letting her rays touch everyone around her. Making us better for knowing her.
Unfortunately, courage and positivity do not pay the bills. The financial hardship of being a single parent on the income of a public school teacher was tough, but she was making it work. Her youngest daughter was in dire need of braces six months ago plus the ongoing expenses for the auto-immune disorder of her eldest put a strain on her finances. But Kristy was making it work. Yet each visit is another copayment. Each prescription refill is another copayment. Her medical insurance has covered the major portion of the expenses but the copayments for her cancer treatments have, to put it frankly, put her deep into debt.
No one asks for cancer but fate has delivered this blow. Let's help her weather it. I have started this GoFundMe to help this amazing woman push past this part of her life. Because the medical bills related to her cancer will continue for many years. And she still needs to provide a life for her two young girls.
Let's help this woman who is there for everyone around her, begin this new chapter of her life with freedom. Freedom from cancer and the financial debt it created.
