Legacy Bench-Bronx Zoo Donation in Memory of Linda

As you may know, my lovely, strong and brave mom recently passed away after a long battle with kidney disease and dialysis which lead to heart issues. Our hearts are broken and we will forever miss this wonderfully kind and loving woman.
My family and I are fundraising to donate a bench in the Bronx Zoo with a plaque in my mom's name (Linda "Liz" Bradley). This bench and plaque will be in her name forever (It will not be removed).
This idea was my cousin's and I can't possibly imagine a better way to honor my mom. To say she loved the Bronx Zoo is an understatement. She went every chance she could. Her favorite show quickly became the "The Zoo" which features everything the Bronx Zoo does to care for their animals and the relationships they have with their animals. This show is what got her through her many of her tough dialysis sessions.
Again, I can not think of a better way of honor my mom. She could never be forgotten as she was an amazing mom, friend and human, but this will give us all a place to sit and think of her at the Bronx Zoo as well as help the zoo to keep up the great work they do everyday.
Please note that I (Jenna - her daughter), will be the one handling these donations and will be working to get every last cent in order to get my mom this bench in her name. Any additional money needed to get up to the $5,000 donation will be given by myself with any sidework I can do within the next year.
For full disclosure, bench prices can be $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 and up to $25,000. We decided on the $5,000 goal as the $2,500 will get a bench not be near any exhibits and will be located off the beaten path. $5,000 will get her a bench near an exhibit (We are not sure where we would like it yet - please feel free to make suggestions.) and $10,000 would get her in the exhibit with the gorillas which is where we would love her to have a bench, but it's just too much to ask.

If you do this, please mention that it is in Linda Elizabeth Bradley's name, so that it will count towards this bench. I just thought a GoFundMe would be a transparent way to show all of the money being collected and make it easier for people to donate.
