Legal Fees BC Supreme Court re SD61 Board

My name is Diane McNally, elected School District trustee on the ballot in three civic elections.  I am so grateful for your support to this point. Go Fund me does not show withdrawals. The fund is currently at $0 as of May 31.

 The three day Judicial Review I initiated is over, and the three days in court , even with your help, has cost me $7125.63, apart from my own contributions to the Go Fund Me plus my original $5000 retainer.

Meanwhile, the Board lawyer uses your public money from the legal line item in the budget that should be spent on students. Similar action has occured against Trustee Rob Paynter  ( https://www.gofundme.com/f/rob-paynters-legal-fees-sd61-judicial-review ).

As of August 3/22 we await Justice Briana Hardwick's written decision on this unprecedented situation, the majority on the SD61 Board's decision to suspend me. I believe it is beyond the legal right of 5 members of this 9 member Board to act to unelect an elected colleague by banning me from the Board table, removing my right to receive Board information, forbidding me to debate motions on your behalf, forbidding me to contact staff, and removing my vote.
