Lennon Duncan

Lennie was first diagnosed with Medulloblastoma (brain cancer) on his 4th birthday back in 2018.
He then went onto have a tumour the size of an orange removed from his brain a few days later and also a shunt in place to drain fluid from his brain.

He then went on to have 6 weeks intense radiotherapy at the western general, the most intense form you can have. Was put to sleep everyday for 6 weeks to recieve this treatment.

After this he then started a long course of chemotherapy which made him very very sick n he lost alot of weight. His walking was affected by this tumour and can now only manage small distances and relys on a wheelchair.
Lennon got the all clear for a year or so and even rang the bell.

But in september 2020 his family got the new lennies cancer was back and worse than before tumours wer now all down his spine aswell as brain. His family were told it was terminal and that he sadly only had a year left.

Over a year on hes still here fighting like the strong boy he is. Mummy is doing all lennons care from home herself ie chemo anti sickness meds pain control. A role she decided to take on herself

Recently after his recent scan his tumour on brain is getting worse. The aim now is keeping lennon happy pain free and as normal as possible. He will be back in hospital soon for another op as his shunt in his head nearly blocked by a tumour growing over it. So he needs another one.

This Bhoy has truely tugged on our heartstrings and We think him and his family deserve the world

Unfortunately We can’t give them that, but what we as a community can do is come together and donate a little something to take some stress off Lennons family at this difficult time.

Lennon like all kids deserves to make memories with his family and together we can make this happen
