Living behind the mask
My sister although she’s now gone is still my world, my support system, my best friend my second mother even and she really felt the full force of how cruel this life is.
Gillian suffered from so many habilitating health conditions one of them being Neuropathic pain and lymphedema aka “pain syndrome” that she powered through since the age of 13 with the most beautiful smile you’ll ever know. She even chaired a charity to raise awareness for people living with “invisible” pain like hers every day called “living behind the mask”
Unfortunately our sister lost her battle against life on an Unexpected Sabbath morning Saturday 4th April 2020 To be exact, which was ironically also her best year yet according to her.
Our beautiful sister’s sudden death has hit us all like a train and now we really need you. In a time where people cannot come and physically support us and cannot come to pay their respects in a conventional way we want to do all we can.
We would like to give our sister the proper send off she deserves and to help her mother and family to deal with the impact that this loss will have on them even after the burial as she was taken from us way too soon at the age of 28 and we will miss her every day.
Me and my other sister want to make sure that our big sister gets everything this life has left to give her because she deserves that and so much more.
Thank you for choosing us to be your little sisters we will always always love you R.I.P Gillian gone but never forgotten
