Luli needs your help

Many people know Luli and her story, but in case you do not, here it is in brief. Luli is a small miniature schnauzer from the Miami area. For the first couple of years of her life she was horribly abused causing internal damages.  After being rescued she went from rescue to rescue group until she found Schnauzer Love Rescue. At that point SLR took her in and got her medical care that repaired much of the damage that had been done to her. When her foster family went on vacation they asked another foster home to take care of her while they were gone. That’s where Judy and Kandy came into the picture. They heard Luli’s story and fell in love.  At that point Judy swore that she would take care of Luli whatever it took. They adopted her. Since then Luli has thrived. She lives in a loving home that feeds her a special diet and she has other doggy brothers and sisters that she loves to spend time with. 
Now Luli has developed a hole in her soft palate. This is possibly a continuation  of issues from the abuse she experienced. The University of Florida veterinary hospital in Gainesville Florida will be performing surgery to fix this problem. The estimated cost is up to $5000.
