Help Lacinda Pay Her Employees
Here at JSJ Jeans, we make custom jeans for people in wheelchairs. I used to have 4 employees (2 were full time and 2 were part time). I have had to let 2 employees go while Darlene and I have stayed and struggled and are taking home about 300 per month and sometimes less. My employees were working many hours and weeks for free and now it's just two of us working many hours and weeks for free. The overhead for this type of business is high and there is little profit to be made. This has been resulting in me not being able to pay my employees each week. I'm thousands of dollars behind on payroll, yet Darlene and I are still working and sewing for the customers who need these specialty jeans and pants. It is disheartening, but I may be forced to shut the doors for this wonderful product. It has come to the point that I cannot afford to buy the materials for the orders that come in. Any help is greatly appreciated.
