Meet the Akers family. Bryan, Ethan, Colton and Madison. Bryan is a single father who is very dedicated to raising his three children.


Bryan is unable to work because his middle child, Colton, has a very rare neurological medical condition. In 2013 Colton was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease, OMS Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome, and began his lifelong battle with this terrible disease. The family had to move out of state to Winston Salem, NC to be closer to doctors and medical facilities who are capable of treating Colton's condition because he requires numerous treatments and body scans.


They have had many ups and downs but Bryan has never left Colton's side. Please help if you can and send a donation of any size. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
