Marcelline’s send off
Dr. Rev Marcelline Robinson sadly passed away on the 15th of December 2019. The event was tragic and unforeseen. She has passed away after being hit by a car behind her exiting the M4 at high speed. She died instantaneously and none of her children or family have been able to say goodbye. My mum had only just began to pay for her funeral plan in May of 2019. She had planned to pay over the course of 10 years given that she was still in perfect health and did not expect such a thing to happen.
with my mother playing such a big role in the financing of my family home, losing her has been a reallybig financial struggle.
although it’s only been 3 days we can see how difficult it will be already to live without my mum.
the rest of my mums funeral plan is over £3000 and I would love to go forward with the plan she had chosen as I know that’s what she would have wanted.
My stepdad, now alone has to keep the house up and running by himself and he is retired.
because we are all grieving right now, none of us children are at work and cannot even help to provide the money that we need.
Additionally to this, my brother is stuck in Zimbabwe as a flight ticket to come back home to bury my mother is another £800.
i would really love to bring my eldest brother back home so that he can say a final goodbye to my mother and so we can finally put her to rest.
i can only ask other people to please please help because my mother was an angel and did not deserveto go out like this. We are heartbroken and feel so helpless. She deserves nothing less than what she wanted for herself.
my mother has written 9 books, one of which has not been published and we as a family would love to publish it. She is a founder of a high profile college in Botswana which now has 3 other branches .
she is the pastor of a church and was in the middle of her third year theology degree which she was so excited to finish.
she is the eldest sibling of 7 all of which are not in the country along with her father who is not in the country.
All we have in England is immediate family and some family had gone home to Zimbabwe for Christmas.
My family and I would be immensely grateful for ANY donations that anyone could help and I’m sure you guys think that she is deserving.
God bless my mother and may her soul rest in peace. Thank you.
