Maria Ayala's Funeral
Donation protected
Our family is heartbroken. My oldest sister, Maria, died peacefully in her sleep last night, August 29th, one day after our beloved Mom's birthday.
Maria was the wild soul in our family of seven. She was free-spirited, funny, loving, giving, smart. She loved music and loved to read. She had an infectious laugh that would make anyone in her space laugh along with her. She was strong, fighting sickness like a warrior, defying odds that even the strongest people would have never endured. Through all of her medical struggles, 2 emergency operations, and kidney failure she fought this evil Covid19 and kicked it's ass. Unfortunately, her poor body overtook her struggle to survive.
My sister leaves behind her loving daughter, Rebecca and her loving son, Marcos. She leaves 5 grieving sisters, Angie, Lydia, Lizzette, Joanne and Yolanda and an only brother, Albert. She had 13 nieces and nephews and 5 loving grandkids whom she adored and whom adored her.
Today I am respectfully asking for donations to help with her funeral costs. She subsided on a very modest disability income and her children's income was severely affected by this terrible, awful pandemic. For those who have already asked how they can support our family, we would appreciate donations; any amount large or small would ease the burden of funeral expenses for her children. Any amount would be very gratefully appreciated.
God keep my sister in restful peace and God bless you all. We truly appreciate your generosity.
