Donate to the memory of Màryse "ChickPaints" Ouellet

Hi, my name is Gavin and I'm trying to raise some funds on behalf of the family of our friend Màryse, AKA ChickPaints, so she can be laid to rest after her untimely passing.

Sadly, the family have only just been made aware of her passing and are not able to give Ryse more than a simple service without a memorial at such short notice.

I've set this up as I would like Ryse to have something that pays back the joy, support, and inspiration she gave to so many others in and out of her communities.

All funds raised from this GoFundMe are going directly to the beneficiary towards paying for the funeral and associated costs, I just wanted to do something in memory of a good friend as the family come to terms with the news.

£1,000 should be enough for them to cover the cost of a simple cremation in the UK. However, for around £2,500, she can have a proper cremation and service and ashes.

And hopefully with any surplus, we could also get a small memorial for her.

There’s no date been set yet, but we expect it could be within the next 3-4 weeks.
