Me vs Me - 160km

In April last year I attempted to run from Avalon to Wollongong in under 19 hours, managing to a achieve that in a time of 17 hours and 20 minutes.

The process taught me a lot about myself, as well as how much the human body is truly capable of.

On Sunday 30th June, as a personal challenge I will be attempting beat my own time and see just how much the human body and mind can be tested and overcome.

Indirectly, by doing so I hope to help raise awareness and money for an incredible man from the Illawarra who despite going through a personal battle with cancer, continues to be so selfless and positive for his family and everyone else around him in the Illawarra community.
