Medical expenses for Crissie!

For those of you who know Crissie, you know she has faced every challenge life has thrown her way in the past 48 years with a positive spirit and friendly demeanor.  For those who don’t know, Crissie is severely diabetic, blind and bedbound; she also lost a leg to amputation earlier in life.

Last week, her doctor admitted her for bed sores.  An attempt at an aggressive surgery to remove the infection but is in so much pain that she has stopped eating!   She remains in the hospital until they can move her to a long term facility.  

Crissie is currently on disability and Medicare/Medicaid but has no life insurance.  We are desperate to cover any expenses that are thrown her way.  The family would greatly appreciate any support.  We will continue to update everyone on her condition.  Thank you for being part of Crissie’s story and helping make sure she’s properly cared for at this time.
