As many of you know Melanie was diagnosed with melanoma. She is considered stage 3b as she tested positive for the brca mutation and it had spread into the lymphatic system. She has undergone surgery and has now started her first treatment. She will be receiving Keytruda through a port every 21 days for one year. She has already missed some work and has had some unexpected expenses.
