Meme's housing & food fund

A woman in the community named Meme that I and a few others have been working with is unfortunately experiencing houselessness, and as a group of mostly young students, we’ve pretty much exhausted our funds for covering temporary housing at the moment.

Meme is a wonderful lady that just needs a little help to get back on her feet. She loves romance novels, and dreams of going to beauty school to do hair and nails for a living.

We are working with Austin organizations and potential roommates toward a more permanent solution, but if anyone could share or donate to pay for a hot meal or another night at a motel to keep Meme housed and her possessions safe (we are fundraising day-to-day to cover motel costs, as none of us has the money for a full month's rent which would be a minimum of $400), that would be very very appreciated and immediately impactful!
