Tom Farmer Memoriam for Celebration of Life Ceremony
Donation protected
We are so very sad to announce that Thomas William Farmer passed away peacefully on June 6, 2024, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Dementia. Tom loved every minute of his journey as a father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. We will miss his colorful stories, his laugh, his smile, great sense of humor and loving character.
Tom took great pride in his job and had a long fulfilling career in US Forest Service for 37 years. He spent summers in Pine Crest California as a child and always wanted to be a forester early on. After graduating from Humboldt State University he moved to Weaverville and worked on the Shasta-Trinity National Forests for 7 years, then on to the Plumas National forest for 5 years before moving to Butte Valley and working as the district ranger on the Goosenest District of the Klamath National Forest for 25 years before he retired.
Darlene and her family are overcome with grief. The texts, phone calls, and cards have been truly appreciated. This GoFundMe will help provide Dar with some much-needed support. There is no donation too small. All funds go directly to Darlene and funeral costs.
Thank you for your willingness to help. Tom was an amazing man and will be missed by all.
