Hello everyone, my name is Jeanette (Genie). I have been battling my end stage kidney failure diagnosis for the past couple of years and as a result have had a difficult time being able to pay all of my bills due to dialysis. It saddens me to have to ask for help but I have no other choice at this time. I appreciate any help and prayers.
