Help my dad to afford his medical treatment

Hello, I'm reaching out to help fund my dad's hospitalization in Ukraine. He's dealing with a severe case of psoriasis that's been getting worse. The doctors are urging a month-long hospital stay to treat and closely monitor his condition. We're not sure about the exact hospital bills yet, as tests are pending, but we estimate it'll be over $4,000.

Since the start of the war in Ukraine, my brother and I have been supporting our dad financially because he lost his job and has no income. Unfortunately, his health has taken a hit, and now he's covered from head to toe in psoriasis (check out the photo; only his face, palms, and soles are unaffected).
