My sister Leanne

Hello ,

My name is Roisin and I have set this page up in the name of my big sister Leanne.

Leanne was diagnosed with a spinal tumour in July 2022. A year was spent trying to find a hospital and a surgical team willing to carry out life changing surgery to remove the cancer.

Her life changed forever in May 2023 when she was given surgery to remove the tumour. While the surgery was successful and saved her life it resulted in a Spinal Cord Injury.

This has left Leanne unable to walk and having to use a wheelchair for the rest of her life.

Her road to recovery is still ongoing but if there is one person in this world I know that will not stop this from living her life to the full is my sister Leanne.

Any funds raised will go towards helping Leanne with medical equipment such as an electric wheelchair to help with daily life, being able to take her daughter to school or shopping trips, days out on the park.
