My sister Lisa with living expenses &med bills

Update 6/13. Lisa just got out of surgery and her surgeon said she did really well but she basically has to start all over again with rehab. They fixed the plate on her femur that broke and put an additional plate on the other side of the femur. We don’t know yet if she will have to go to rehab before going home. We want to thank everyone that has donated so far. Your generous donations mean more than you will ever know. It will enable her to focus on healing. Much love and appreciation.

Hello. I am asking friends and family near and far to consider helping my sister Lisa during this difficult time for her. She is about to have a second surgery on her femur that she shattered several weeks ago. If you know my sister , then you know how stoic and tough she is. She would never ask for help. So I am asking for her. I am also prepared for how angry she will be when she sees this.

She has given so much to so many her whole life. It’s time for us to give to her. She will be unable to work for a while and needs assistance with the many bills that are piling up. Let’s help give her the head space to focus on healing and not worry about how she will pay rent or her car payment.
