Need help with shipping electric wheelchair

Three years ago I was diagnosed with a serious illness, Pulmonary Hypertension.  I require oxygen 24/7 and I am unable to walk from one room in our house to another without oxygen and sometimes help from others. An electric wheelchair will provide more freedom of movement, more opportunities.  Medicare will share in providing such a chair, but I am responsible for another 20% and shipping.  Any help at all will be appreciated.  Thanks to you all.
