Need wheelchair van rides to the doctor's office

Hi my name is Norma and most of you know how I've struggled with my ankle pain for 14 years. It's finally time to do something about it and I had a major surgery done to rebuild my foot it was a big surgery and quite painful and I did not realize that my insurance would not cover my rides to the doctor in a wheelchair van as I am not allowed to put any weight on my foot yet my son's trucks are too high for me to get into and my daughter has a rather small jeep that I had trouble with getting in before this major surgery. I desperately need to see my doctor each week for him to keep track of my Improvement and to have a new cast put on. The cost of the ride from the rehab to the doctor round trip is and $ 393 round trip and obviously I do not have the money to do this. I don't know what else to do and I am embarrassed to ask for help from anyone but it's very important to me to be able to walk again and I would appreciate anything anyone could give me towards being able to get to the doctor and back.
