Nicole "Sug" Rodgers-Debolt

Donation protected
Sug was born in Bradenton, Florida, on May 16, 1976, to Jerry and Patty Rodgers. She was raised in Decatur, Illinois, with her older brother Brett. After graduating from Eisenhower High School in 1994, she graduated from college in Champaign, Illinois, with her degree in Dental Hygiene. After school, she moved back and forth between Texas and the St. Louis area several times, torn on wanting to be in the sunshine yet close to her friends and family. She married Chad Debolt on March 27, 2010, and they settled most recently in a beautiful new home in Austin, Texas, with their two adorable boys, Colin age eleven and Cooper age eight. Sug enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom and taking care of her family. She was an amazing mom and always filled her house with an abundance of love and laughter! The tickle fights, can't step on the floor game and dance parties were the favorites I would watch her play with the boys every time I visited!
On Tuesday, March 8th Sug passed away in a tragic automobile accident on a winding two-lane road in Hays County, Texas. God immediately swept her up into his arms upon impact to her eternal resting place with him. So many of you have reached out to ask how you can support Sug's family at this time in need. Since her family is in Texas and so many of you are elsewhere, her husband has asked me to set up this Go Fund Me account in lieu of a memorial. Sugs boys were most important to her in her life and any donations will be used for the boy's college. The Debolt family, I know, appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and generosity.
