Wheelchair ramp needed for Jeff

In February 2017 I was very sick and diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. My legs became extremely swollen and I began falling. I’ve fallen a dozen times since then breaking both ankles. I’ve started dialysis and am on the kidney transplant list. My legs have become so damaged I can no longer walk and am relegated to a wheelchair. To make matters even worse my first dialysis session ruptured the left arm vein and my hand became numb. I can no longer play guitar but I still have 1 good hand so I’m working on my keyboard chops. The prognosis is not good to regain mobility again so I’m  setting up the house for my disability. I need a wheelchair ramp built to get in and out of the house. I need your help.
