Help Olivia meet other bloomies

my daughter Olivia was diagnosed with Bloom's syndrome 6 years ago. This condition is so rare that Olivia has never had the opportunity to meet anyone with the same condition. She knows she's different and sometimes she feels alone because she knows she's not the same as all of her friends which is heartbreaking to see. We have now been given an opportunity to be part of a conference where Olivia will meet others the same as her which is so exciting however the conference is in America and although there is some money/funding it's not enough I am asking for peoples help to allow my daughter to meet others and realise she is not alone.
