Help Paris Given's Family As They Lay Her to Rest.

Hello, my name is Owen Cox.

On Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 my staff member, Paris Givens was about to pull into the parking lot of Stars Vipers Katy Cheer and Tumbling. Paris is the director of social media, a head instructor of three competitive all-star teams and a coach to many athletes at Stars Vipers Katy. It was then, a tragedy occurred by way of a senseless collision that took Paris's life.

More than just an instructor, Paris was a close and caring daughter to her mom Connie and a devoted and loving sister to Chloe. She was an integral part of her tight-knit family that was always there for everyone in their times of need. The tragic loss is devastating, to say the least.

Paris lived the life of "family is everything." From her connections and closeness to her immediate family to her life as a cheerleading instructor and the family she created around her at work, Paris was always a loved one to everyone she was around. She was such a positive impact on the young athletes she taught. Her teachings to them about life lessons of pride, dedication and compassion made a huge impact on the youth of our area.

This fundraiser is for aiding Paris's funeral arrangements. Any excess funds beyond our goal will be used to support Connie and Chloe, her mother and sister. The funeral is currently set for October 15th in Houston, Tx. More information will be posted here as we know it.

I appreciate your support. Paris had such a devoted and caring way to her that we miss so much. We will continue to carry her legacy with us forever in her name.
