Paul McNeil's 3rd Boston Marathon
Donation protected
Four years ago, my Uncle Bob was diagnosed with COPD from years of smoking cigarettes. He inspired me to quit cigarettes and start running. Recently, he passed away after years of battling the disease. This year I will run my third Boston Marathon in memory of him.
Running has helped me in so many ways in my life. It helps me physically, mentally, and emotionally. After running Boston twice, I thought I was done running marathons. But the recent death of my Uncle Bob has inspired me to do it one more time.
In order to get my bib number I need to raise $5,000. The money will go to his son's (my cousin's) police department in Hopkinton, Ma. They use the money for scholarships and events in Hopkinton. Please help me reach my goal one more time.
Every little bit helps, and I thank each and every one of you in advance. #runforBob
