The People's Karaoke & Our Restaurants & YOU!!!

This fundraiser could be a very big win-win-win. And that's always the best kind.  We'll get to the win-win-win part, but first perhaps we should reiterate the obvious part of why this particular GoFundMe campaign exists.

50% of the proceeds to the restaurants we work with & 50% of the proceeds to help the karaoke team's life finances (rent, health insurance, etc.) while we're out of a steady gig. 

Q: How do the restaurants get their 50%? 

A: We're buying up gift cards to each fine restaurant on our fine weekly roster all o'er town(see below).  

Q: Who gets all these gift cards?

A:  One of you will on April 20th**.  HOLY WOW!!     ** - New Date is May 1st **

Q:  For real?  How much will they each be worth?

A:   With all of your donations, we hope "A WHOLE F'N LOT!!"  SHARE THIS CAMPAIGN!!

You can donate as much as you'd like.  A live feed ceremony will be televised via our Facebook page on May 1st at 7pm at facebook.com/peopleskaraoke where the lucky gift card recipient will be chosen out of a hat by Sparky's assistant.  Sparky will also sing "I'm A Little Teapot" or "Baby One More Time" or whatever you want.   

The People's Karaoke doesn't exist without YOU and it doesn't exist when the restaurants are suffering because of shortened hours, only take-out for some.   We're all in a very unfortunate predicament but all very eager to get back to work.  We're gonna need a lot of social UN-distancing when this is behind us, huh?

The People's Karaoke and all of our restaurants will hopefully re-exist as soon as it's safe to resume normal hours of operation and we can assemble our awesome squad of singers again, but until then... the more support we can generate from this, the better the outcome for everyone involved who likes karaoke and the restaurant industry.   

I'm hoping this will reach as many compassionate eyes as possible. This is our way of giving back and paying it forward and having a little less stress by the end of this crisis.
