Petaluma Pete's Major Lung Surgery Recoup

What was intended to be a short visit turned out to be a major lung cancer removal surgery gone bad with 6 days in UCI hospital hell but, hey, who's counting? :-) While under the really GOOD drugs, I dreamed again and again about the Petaluma Floathouse and all things Petaluma Downtown Association (PDA) water-related to the point where I thought I was actually floating down that old green river. (Great song.)

Now that my feet are getting back to terra firma, please allow me to take this opportunity to thank each and every Petaluman who donated to the Petaluma Floathouse in the past.

Meanwhile: Hope to make it back there in February to attend the dedication of the new Petaluma Pete riverboat and take her for a spin with PPSC’s Elece Hempel at the helm, telling me what to do, again. :-)
