Hello,
My name is Danuta Trela. I am a screening officer at Terminal 1 Pearson International Airport.
Today I am reaching out to you, all my colleagues, on behalf of our colleague Anna Sadomska-Niewiadomska and her husband Andrzej, in attempt to fundraise for her late son’s funeral and other expenses in this difficult time.
On May 3, 2024, we received tragic news that their son, Michal Sadomski had been killed in the city of Edmonton, where he just recently moved too. It was discovered that Michal had been brutally beaten up and left in the cold street until eventually someone spotted him and called for an ambulance.
Unfortunately, Michal ended up passing away in the hospital due to his injuries. He was only 44 years old.
Michal was a kind and positive soul, and the type of person always be willing to extend a helping hand. I will never forget his nice smile.
He leaves behind two loving parents who do not deserve such a tragedy in their lives.
Being a mother myself, I just can’t imagine being in the position Anna is in today, losing her only child.
On behalf of Anne and Andrzej, I am kindly asking everyone to open their hearts and consider donating to help with the expenses they must now face with this tragic event. Any amount of money can go a long way in helping them.
May Michal rest in peace and may God grant his parents the strength to overcome this challenging time.
