PLEASE HELP BRING MY DAD CHARLES SMITH HOME

On the morning of Friday, May 31, 2024, I woke up to a phone call that my dad unexpectedly passed away, and there are no words to describe the hurt, disbelief, sadness and the overwhelming pain that me and my boys are feeling. It is so hard to believe that my dad is gone. He was only 70 years old, gone way too soon. Although we feel he had so much more to do on earth, we guess God was ready to call him home.

I just want to honor him and his wishes. He truly deserves that. He has been doing so much for us even after death, by getting his plot and funeral plans made way in advance so that we wouldn't be burden with that responsibility. Unfortunately, my dad passed away in Arizona and the burial plot is in Inglewood where his mother and sister is laid to rest as well.

We are humbly asking for any donation you can contribute to help us bring my dad back home to Inglewood, so we can give him a proper Homegoing Service to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of a Man I called dad, who also dedicated his life to his grandsons, great granddaughters and friends, known as "PawPaw".
