Joe's Final Journey: Funeral & Memorial Expenses

Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you know, Joseph was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. It has spread rapidly to his bones and spine and he is not expected to survive.

In a nut shell, this is not a battle I can win. I have only a little time left to live. There is also a link to the GoFundMe established by a family friend when I was first diagnosed and thought we may have a chance to come through this. Molly is going to need support now to deal with the effects of my death so if you can help her I will appreciate it. Thank you to those who have been giving emotional support and caring words as well. I love you. I will stay in touch as much as I can as the next couple of weeks and months play out. Do not grieve for me. I go knowing I was loved."

Joseph's hope is that he can die peacefully at home with the help of hospice care with his wife, his dog and his cats as opposed to a clinical environment.
