Hi my name is Katia and I am Victor’s sister. He is currently in the hospital with many health issues and the Doctors are telling us he doesn’t have much time left. His body can’t tolerate any more surgery so we are unable to save him.. As his big sister I am taking on the role in helping plan his final nap … we need 16,000 for a basic but traditional burial.
