Please Help us Mom and Grandma respect her last wishes

I hate to do this but we are given no choice. My mother Deborah (Debbie) Polito is currently on Hospice and she isn't doing well, the nurses have gave perhaps a week maybe less. My mother's last wish is to have a cremation with a viewing and a small memorial. I have called the local funeral home and the cost of all that is approximately $7100 just for the funeral cost. The sad story is that she did have life insurance but with a 2 year death cause which pays out in September and it seems she won't be making it to that date. We have no other option but to ask for help, because my mother is an individual that hardly asked for help. Before she became immobilized she was still trying to clean her room and make her bed by herself. As her oldest daughter I want to give my mom the very best we can because she gave my brother, sister, all 7 of her grandkids and myself everything she could.
