Please Help us Repair our lives and health

Me and my boyfriend are currently in a bad way we are over $30,000 in debt. I don't have money for rent bills and medications. My boyfriend has diabetes and we can't afford his diabetic meds of $5. He is currently in the hospital trying to get his blood sugar level to drop. We are less than 2 weeks away from needing the rent for the apartment of $1,500. When we moved in 2 years ago our rent was $750. Our bank account is -50. Our bank will be billing us $120 a day till it’s in the positive. I have lost our only income which was my SSDI and the SSA wants $15,000 from me in overpay. We can't afford car insurance. So living out of the car is not even an option and we can't afford gas. We can't even sell the car because my Dad has the title and will not allow me to sell the car. We are both mentally and physically disabled. I have surgery coming up but need somewhere to stay while recovering. I have been diagnosed with Autism and PTSD so it is hard for me to get or stay in a job. However, I keep trying to get a job anyway. However currently neither one of us are working. We can not afford to see our psychologist the copay is too high at $35. We have no income and are running out of food. If anyone is willing to help please donate. Any help would be great even advice.
