Since establishing our 501c3 non-profit BRISTOW BARNYARD ANIMAL RESCUE here in Bristow, OK in 2015, we have rescued, rehabilitated and adopted out over 400 animals. Some came to us on deaths door, others were dumped and other were owner surrenders. We currently have over 150 rescued farm animals and over 35 domestics here at the rescue.  We respond to neglect and abuse cases and work with law enforcement to help remove, rehab and rehome neglected babies to give them a better life. We have helped the Bristow area and cases all over the state. Even after we were wiped out by the 2016 tornado, we recovered and rebuilt everything. We’ve also pulled over 200 cats and dogs from the euthanasia list at the OKC shelter that were marked for death and gotten them vetted and into new homes In 2020 a family estate made a generous donation to our rescue which enabled us to build a non-profit, low cost spay and neuter clinic right here on the rescue property where we live. Our clinic alone has spayed and neutered over 500 animals since July 2022. Our clinic and the services it provides are a HUGE asset to the Bristow community and the surrounding areas. It is allowing pet owners to be responsible at a low cost. Today, the property here, Rescue and Spay and Neuter Clinic are at risk of being no longer. We are asking for help as we need to raise badly needed funds to continue the mission that we started and keep our clinic doors open as well. I don’t ever have a problem asking for financial help for the animals when they need it because I know we have a wonderful supporter base that share in our passion for these babies in need. The HUMANS are in need now in the worst way and we have until August 1 to raise funds needed to allow us to stay here and function in the way we have for the past 8 years or we will be forced to SELL.<br />This is not only our home, but our life and our life’s work.  I’m asking if any of you have ever believed in us and what we do here to please donate and share this campaign in hopes that we will reach the amount needed to continue doing what our family does best.
