Last Monday Patrick was struck by a serous medical event that had him on life support all week. Unfortunately he did not recover and on Friday we said our final goodbyes before they removed life support. On Saturday his organs were donated as he requested, to help save the lives of others in need. This is the kind of person he was in life too, always helping others. He leaves behind his wife of 23 years and his 3 wonderful children. And too many friends to count.


For those of you that haven't had the pleasure of meeting him, a few highlights:

He is a man obsessed! Obsessed with the NY Mets. Obsessed with music and playing drums and being part of the 106 Band. Obsessed with reading and writing - and just had his first literary work published. Obsessed with love - so much so in fact, that he married his HS sweetheart and together they have 3 amazing sons.

He is loyal. Loyal to a fault. In fact, if he loves you, he will fight for and defend you to the the very end. That kind of loyal...

He is funny. Funny to the point of quick-witted. Funny where he can make you laugh and cry simultaneously. Funny when you need humor the most.

He's a Superhero. Ok... maybe he's not exactly one that you've heard of (yet). But to his family friends, WE believe he IS one.

Patrick is the sole supporter of his family due to Christine's recent lay off.  All contribution made to this fund will go towards necessities this family needs as they navigate through this difficult time.
