Grave marker for SSG James Bennett
Donation protected
SSG James Bennett passed away March of 2014 after battling with cancer for over a year. He died with dignity in his own home, peacefully. He was cremated, and this February we were finally able to give him a proper military memorial. I am having trouble with the VA providing a marker for him to placed on his father's grave, which was James' wish.
After serving his country for 26 years, serving as a volunteer firefighter for most of his adult life, as an EMT and serving as part of the search and rescue at ground zero on 9/11, a simple military marker will help this great man, great friend, finally rest in peace.
Donations will be for the purchase of a marker, the cost to set the marker in the ground, and a shadow box displaying his medals and American flag he brought home from Iraq. Your help is greatly appreciated.
