Sudden financial hardship

When it rains it pours I guess. The current house I’ve rented for years has been sold and the buyers want me out within a month so they can begin renovating immediately. Unfortunately my lease was month to month, I didn’t consider that my landlord might suddenly sell the house, so I am having to scrounge for a new place within my means and close enough to my job that it won’t be a big gas toll. On top of that, my car (2005 Subaru Outback) has been diagnosed with a $2000 problem having to do with CV axle replacement. I work in the service industry and rely on tips for my income and unfortunately this summer has been really slow and have only had enough money to get by. I’m a minimalist and don’t have anything I can sell that I don’t need. I’m working on finishing the final edits on my book “God Is Like Jesus” (a compilation of my Facebook posts into book form) and will have it available this fall! If there is anything you can do to help me in this transition as well as have a working vehicle to get me around I would be extremely grateful. I will continue posting my daily thoughts helping to deconstruct the violent god of our imagination for the true image of God revealed in Christ. Hopefully this will be the last gofundme i do.
