Quinn's Up With People Tour

I am Quinn Outerbridge, an 18 year old graduate from The Berkeley Institute. I’m an ambitious performer who needs your help to continue to follow my dream with the ‘Up With People’ program. On January 15, I embarked on a life changing journey with 100 other passionate young adults from 15 different countries. Together we accomplished 10,000 hours of community service, performed for 21,000 people, and impacted the lives of many more.
‘Up With People’ is a program invested in empowering youth to become positive agents of change for a more peaceful and hopeful world. I’m looking forward to continuing my personal growth and assisting the growth of various different people and communities through the program. In my time in Up With People I’ve been selected as an Admissions Intern where I conducted interviews, utilized cross-cultural and non-violent communication and facilitated workshops at the high-school and college level.
Through vigorous fundraising, I’ve already raised over $17,000 of the $27,000 I’ll need as a two-semester participant which includes my travel expenses, meals, and incidentals. It means a great deal to me to be making this kind of impact on the world, and I am ready to become an ambassador for Bermuda and promote the rich, unique culture and heritage that we share.
I would appreciate any assistance you have to offer which will enable me to attend this program. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I hope to hear from you in the near future. The video attached to this video is a performance of 'La Maldita Primavera' from a performance in Mexico with Up With People.
