Regyna Vargas Gonzalez

Regyna was a joyful student who went to Lucy McCormick Senior School in the Toronto District School Board. She had a great sense of humour and was loved by everyone. She emigrated from Mexico with her family to obtain medical care in Canada and this has been her home for a number of years. She left a lasting impression with everyone she met and she will be greatly missed.

Regyna has had a very difficult school year and she spent much of it at Sick Kids recovering from surgery to help her to gain more mobility. She passed away on May 26th due to respiratory complications.
