Our legal Team has been very kind to us however the costs of litigating this case are still very high. Our case has already been through Tribal Court in Shingle Springs, The Federal Court in Sacramento, Tulare County Superior Court, Fifth District Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. We are still currently fighting in Tulare County Superior Court and our case was recently filed in the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
