Replacing stolen archery equipment
Donation protected
On October 1, 2017, San Jose State Club Archery had all of it's archery equipment stolen from their secure storage location. All of the bows, arrows, and tool boxes were taken. Nearly $3,500 worth of equipment acquired since our beginning three years ago.
Starting with 3 members in 2014, the club membership exploded this year to 45 active archers that share and use this equipment during practices and tournaments. Now, we have nothing. Our practices for this semester have just started, and now we are unable to hold them. This is extremely disappointing for the club members as so many are new this year.
The club's 2017 dues were scheduled to pay for new team shirts and upgraded equipment for those looking to compete in their first tournament in January. Now, the club is needing to stretch that budget to replace the equipment stolen.
Please help anyway you can as it is all appreciated. Thank you!
