Christopher E Sparacio and myself are on a committee that represents legal fund raising for retail shareholders of BBIG and he was elected to receive funds as the beneficiary and will be paying out funds to Attorneys Hutchinson & Steffen that have agreed to take our case.

We are starting this Crowd FUND supported by Retail Investors to affect

change as our company has failed to look out for shareholders.

Vinco Ventures, Inc. $BBIG has failed to meet deadlines and compliance

with Nasdaq, failed to hold a share holder meeting in 2022, failed to

provide transparency into finances and company initiatives and has

failed to provide regular communication as to the status of the company

and a roadmap for the future.

In order to communicate with our board - we need legal assistance.

We are all ready willing and able to move forward with obtaining what's

best for retail shareholders of BBIG . We are the majority. We have the

power to move this forward. We need funds to make that happen.
