Help a Cancer Survivor Reopen Vegan Cafe

Overview

Help Chef Carlyn Saunders continue to spread the health principles and spiritual guidance that saved her from terminal breast cancer with the relocation of the vegan cafe. Here she will be able to continue to teach cooking classes to the community, as she has done in the past.

Purpose

The center will serve the community as an affordable, donation-based resource offering culiary classes, fresh and nutritious meals for children in nearby underserved communities, as well as eat-in, gourmet, vegan dining for all to enjoy.

History

In 1967, diagnosed with cancer and given just months to live, Carlyn Saunders took a holistic approach to fighting cancer by completely changing her diet by obeying the principles of health from the bible. Miracles do happen, she made a full recovery. Praise God!

Leaving a successful business behind, she devoted her life to studying body and food chemistry, quickly becoming recognized as one of the foremost black female authorities on diet, health and nutrition.

She also gained notoriety for her culinary skills, appearing as a guest chef on networks such as 3ABN and TN Crossroads.

Since beating cancer, she's shared her testimony and expertise with all who will listen, owning and operating health stores, wellness centers, and detox centers. She's also opened gourmet vegan restaurants which served food prepared and sourced in alignment with the health principles that saved her life.

These resources have helped <hundreds> of people put their bodies in an optimum state to fight cancer, eliminate chronic pain, reverse common health issues like high blood pressure and improve their general health.

Today, she needs your help to re-open the cafe and thus make it possible for the cooking classes as well as lectures on diet and nutrition. A Health place to come and dine is necessary in every city today!!.. This cannot be done without your help, and our goal needs to be met by July 7, 2023

The funds raised will be used to open the facility, repairs, supplies and equipment that would be needed. This will help with the classes that will be given to the community!!.. Special Thanksgiving Events which are free to the public! It's always been free to the public every year she has been having a Staff Of Life which has been over Forthy years, in every location she has been in.
